Training OS

Privacy policy

Effective 12 August 2026

Information we collect

Training OS stores the name and email used for account access, a Supabase account identifier, an app-generated installation identifier, assigned workouts, completed sets, loads, distances, durations, session RPE, substitutions, and athlete comments.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate accounts, isolate organizations and athlete rosters, deliver coach-assigned training, synchronize offline edits, and let authorized coaches review training. We do not use Training OS data for advertising or cross-company tracking.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication and database hosting. YouTube receives a request when a user chooses to load an exercise video. These providers process information needed to deliver those functions under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Access and retention

Athletes can access their own training. Coaches and organization staff can access only athletes permitted by their roster assignment. Account and training data is retained while the account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

Athletes can export a portable copy of their training from the iOS app. They can also permanently delete their account and associated personal training data in the app. Shared exercises and circuits may remain available to an organization with the deleted author identity removed.

Security

Training OS uses Supabase Auth, Row Level Security, bounded server commands, encrypted transport, iOS Keychain session storage, and complete iOS file protection for local training data. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection, but access is limited to the product functions described here.
